Moving along nicely

Man I am so excited for this event to take place. I have folks stopping by the store to ask about it, businesses and customers alike. Have a couple of good news announcements---
Have the okay to clear the field across form the Virgina Street store to open up parking for at least 60 more cars!!

Also, we decided that we need to have some LIVE music so we are talking with a couple of different bands that we have worked with to come out and entertain.

Because of this, I through the original "floor plan" out the window and Chris and I sat down and came up with a design to have the entertainment as well as drive folks to the booths. We are going to do a poker run of sorts to encourage the guests to visit booths, then they go upstairs to turn in the cards so they can see the art exhibits and booths upstairs. Thinking this will work nicely.

I plan to get a working outline to everyone for their review by early next week. This will give everyone a chance to bring up any concerns or comments before the big day.

Posters should be coming soon so I can get those distributed.

What it's all about

Hello friends- just wanted to give a quick thanks to all the folks that came out to our meeting the other day. I was VERY happy to see such a great turn out- over sixty folks and at least 40 businesses represented!!

I have gathered all the info that I got from the meeting and working on getting it organized. If anyone needs another copy of the requirements form, or you have any questions at all, shoot me an email at cjolly@butcherboy.us.

I have the artwork with Joe Dutra at Kimmie Candy Company who graciously offered to print up posters. I will get those handed out ASAP after I pick them up.



If we all keep up the positive attitude and momentum we saw at the meeting this will turn into a huge success!!
