Welcome!!!
First of all, I would like to thank you for your support and a great relationship over the years. To celebrate, Butcher Boy is planning an annual Buy Local Vendor Fair. We are planning to invite you, all of our vendors, to join us in sampling products, explaining your services, and networking with other local businesses. We have picked Saturday May 2nd to hold this event at both of our locations.
What do we need from you? Well our vision is to have all of our local vendors on site to sample product and chat with customers. If you provide a service instead of product, we would like you here to tell your story to customers and the other vendors. So grab your business cards, samples, marketing materials and such and join us to boost business for all of us.
With a list of over 100 local companies, this event should be BIG. We plan to devote a month’s worth of marketing to bring guests in, including TV spots on local channels, the Food Network, HGTV, local radio, Reno News and Review, and live radio remotes as well as a TON of internet based campaigns. It is our goal to attract over 1000 people to the event.
In order to get this event organized and ensure it runs smoothly, we are going to host a meeting in our banquet rooms at Butcher Boy Prime on Wednesday April 1st at 3:00 PM. Our marketing team will be on site to explain the message we all want to deliver to customers and our management will be on site to explain the logistics, timing, etc. of the event.
We are asking for a simple commitment from you and in return we will provide as much exposure as possible for your products and services. On the next page you will see some simple requirements and a list of special requests. Please mark the dates on your calendar and help us all make this event a great success for all!!
